The Keakealani Foundation was inspired by Kealani’s Native Hawaiian father and the legacy of the family lineage.

His name, gifted by the Tūtū (family matriarch), reflects divine and sovereign skies, spanning from the sacred summit of Mauna Kea across the vast surrounding seas.

This meaning guides our mission to elevate and restore Native Hawaiian communities with dignity, purpose, and generational impact.

Keakealani Foundation Vision

The higher act to elevate one Native Hawaiian at a time

NATIVE HAWAIIAN ORGANIZATION

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of Native Hawaiians by supporting reputable education and health care institutions serving the Native Hawaiian community.

  • President & Secretary

Kealani is a Native Hawaiian who is passionate about making an impact for her Native Hawaiian o’hana and fellow non-profit community.

  • Vice President

This non-profit has been inspired and dedicated to this Native Hawaiian man who grew up on the islands of Hawaii. He has lived the path of many Native Hawaiians who struggle to receive quality education and accessible health care. He now strives to elevate fellow Native Hawaiians so they may have the opportunities we all deserve.

  • Chief Financial Officer

John is passionate and inspired about the mission through ensuring strategic and responsible investments that will advance the Native Hawaiian community in the most meaningful and profound ways.

Tūtū gave John an honorary Hawaiian name, "Ikaika Ameli’ka”, which translates to Strength of America.
